Validity

A Little Something reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions which apply to any given transaction, are those which appear at the time the order is placed on the website.

Pricing

All prices are given in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of packing and delivery. We retain the right to change our pricing and any discounts offered, at any time and without giving notice.

Product Availability

All items on our website should be in stock. However, if at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances, a product is not available we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Damaged and lost goods

If any part of your order is delivered to you in a damaged state, please e-mail us on info@alittlesomething.biz within 24 hours of delivery of your order. We will ask you to return the damaged items to us and on receipt, we will gladly provide you with a refund or an exchange. We will also cover all reasonable postage costs incurred.

If we are not notified of any damage within the 24 hour period stated above, it will be deemed that your order has been delivered to you in a good and satisfactory state. After the expiration of this 24 hour period, no refund or exchange can be offered based on a claim for damaged goods.

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on info@alittlesomething.biz and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible.

Governing law

Your use of this website and any purchase made by you on this website of any products, or the use by any third party of any of the products supplied by us through this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and deal with any proceedings brought in relation to the above.
